Katie & Justin were married at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Oceanfront in Virginia Beach, Virginia on a day that threatened rain in May. It held off for their First Look and while we did portraits down by the beach…and then right before the Ceremony, that was supposed to be on the sundeck outdoors, it started to rain. But ya know, Katie and Justin were not even remotely phased. They went on with their plan and had their Ceremony, their way, out on that deck. And I was so proud of them for choosing to not let the weather change their plans. A little rain is going to fall now and then…but knowing how to keep a smile on your face when things don’t go your way is a skill that will make their marriage stronger. Congratulations you two! It was a HUGE honor to be part of such a special day and we had a BLAST!! XOXO!
