The last time I saw this Family, was 2 years ago. Phaelyn and her boys Kaiden & Kyler were patiently waiting for Keith to get off the USS Truman Aircraft Carrier. (Scroll to the bottom of this link to see their original homecoming!) Because of his job, he was one of the last ones of the ship. They waited for hours to see their Dad…in fact, they waited so long, there was no one else at the dock to welcome these sailors home except their families. All the pomp and circumstance had long gone. This time, however, Keith flew off the ship early and surprised his kids. They thought we were doing a “Halfway through deployment” photoshoot. We met at a garden in Virginia Beach, Virginia. They had no idea that Keith was hiding just around the corner to make their whole day! They were so excited to see him, Kaiden was surprised at how heavy Dad’s new cover was, and Kyler couldn’t stop touching Keith’s face, and Makaila did a great job helping to keep the surprise! So glad you are all reunited again! Congratulations to you all!! And thank you so much for the service and sacrifice you and your Family makes for our Country! My Family appreciates you!!
