It was such a pleasure meeting this Family. Leigh, Kyle & Lyla drove from Petersburg, Virginia to Sandbridge, Virginia, just to have their photos taken…and then Mother Nature acted like she wasn’t going to cooperate. When we got to Little Island Park in Sandbridge, the skies were gray and overcast and it was very windy. I was fine with that…I knew we could hide out a little in the dunes and while I was a little bummed we weren’t getting a beautiful blue sky day…the light was really pretty. But then right before our session started…it started to rain. They drove 2 hours for our session…and it was raining. This was NOT a good thing!! Luckily, as soon as it started…it stopped, and while the gray skies hung out for the first part of our session, Mother Nature smiled on us and the second part of our session was downright pretty! Leigh, Kyle and Lyla were awesome and it was so fun hanging out with them. And Leigh made both her and Lyla’s headbands and her tutu…aren’t they gorgeous!!! Lyla is so sweet and full of smiles and I loved her HUGE brown eyes!! Thank you for traveling to meet me. It was so great getting to know you three!! XOXO!
